Your white-label development team
Your agency sells the project and signs it. We build it with our own senior team in Spain, at a fixed price, and your client only ever sees your brand.
- NDA by default
- We invoice only your agency
- No contact with your end client
You sold the project. Now someone has to build it.
If your agency sells web or software work, sooner or later a job comes in that your team can't take on. The usual ways out have a cost.
-
The project is bigger than your team
A custom application, an integration with the client's ERP or a new backend. Your team doesn't have the time or the experience, and the client has already said yes.
-
The freelancer who disappears
It works until they stop replying halfway through. The delay and the awkward conversation with the client land on you.
-
Offshore subcontracting without control
Cheap at first, but you don't know who is writing the code, it arrives undocumented and every change turns into a negotiation.
Our own senior technical team, under your name
We work as your agency's technical department, behind the scenes. You sign, present and talk to the client; we write the code. The work is always done by our own senior team: we never subcontract to third parties.
What we promise from the first project
-
NDA by default
We sign a non-disclosure agreement with your agency on every engagement, without you having to ask and at no cost.
-
We invoice only your agency
Your client pays your agency and your agency pays us. The code and intellectual property belong to your client, unless we agree otherwise.
-
No contact with your end client
We don't talk to your client. If it helps to have us in a technical meeting, we join only when your agency asks us to.

-

We send you the scope, timeline and a fixed price by phase. You add your margin and present it to your client under your brand.
-
Development with deliveries
We work in two-week sprints and show you progress at every delivery, so you can show it to your client whenever you like.
-
Delivery and maintenance
We deliver with automated deployment and documentation. If needed, we carry on with monthly maintenance.

Who does the work
I'm Ignacio Álvarez-Sierra, founder of ASD Solutions, with 8 years of experience as an engineer. Your agency talks directly to me and to our own senior team: no salespeople, no middlemen, and your project is never passed on to third parties.
We work out of Madrid, at Paseo de la Castellana 194, and remotely with agencies across Spain.
Frequently asked questions from agencies
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, by default and at no cost. We sign it before you show us anything about the project, so you can share your client's brief from the first call.
Who talks to the end client?
Your agency. Technical questions come to you, and you decide how to pass them on to your client. If you would rather have us in a technical meeting, we join when you say so.
Who owns the code?
Your client, unless we agree otherwise at the start. We don't keep the intellectual property of what we deliver.
How is it invoiced?
With the fixed quote up front: you know what the project will cost you before you give your client your price, and maintenance is billed monthly. Your client never sees our name on an invoice. Prices exclude VAT.
Do you work with the agency's stack?
Yes, if it's a stack we know well. Our strengths are Go, React, TypeScript and PostgreSQL, and we also work with Node, Python, PHP and Java. If your agency already has a repository, conventions or a deployment setup, we adapt to them. If there's something we don't know well, we tell you on the first call.
What timelines do you work with?
It depends on the scope. A fix or a feature usually takes 1-2 weeks, an MVP 2-4 weeks, a mid-size project 3-6 weeks and a large one 2-4 months. The timeline is in writing in the quote, before we start.
Are there special prices for agencies?
No. We apply the same fixed prices as for a direct client, and your agency decides its margin.
